My Parcel Hasn't Arrived
All packages our sent using a reputable Courier Company, however, we cannot accept responsibility for loss, or inconvenience caused by delivery. On very rare occasions human error will cause a package to be delayed or lost. We provide all customer with a Track&Trace number which can be used to follow your parcel here or download the iphone or Smart Phone apps below.
All items are delivered by Fastway Couriers and must be signed for. Please provide a daytime phone number and a delivery address where someone will be available to receive and sign for your items.
