Track Your Order

All packages our sent using a reputable Courier Company, however, we cannot accept responsibility for loss, or  inconvenience caused by delivery. On very rare occasions human error will cause a package to be delayed or lost. We provide all customer with a Track&Trace number which can be found in your SHIPPED EMAIL. All items are delivered by DPD Couriers, and must be signed for. Please provide a daytime phone number and a delivery address where someone will be available to receive and sign for your items.


1. Please check your email for your "Shipped" confirmation from DPD Courier (example below)

2. Click TRACK YOUR ORDER within this email;

3. Need to change your delivery Time/Address. Just click the icons in your email to manage your delivery
